Here's what to expect.

The form takes about five minutes. There are a handful of questions about your business, your setup, and where things stand right now. It means our call can be about your actual situation rather than the basics.

A rough answer is fine. If you're not sure about transaction volume or exactly when something was last filed, give me your best guess. "Honestly, not sure" is a perfectly good answer and it's often the most useful one.

You don't need to have anything tidied up first. Behind, messy, or held together with good intentions is all normal, and none of it needs sorting before we talk.
